poor gpu usage help

Not too familiar with fortnite but you should be in the 150’s for pubg. Got a pic of the settings? Is that 1080p you’re playing on?

Here is your problem. With Ryzen you MUST have high speed, especially if you're running high end GPU. I suggest you getting 3000-3200Mhz.
