Fans In case wont work, plugged into MOBO though

Hi. I just bought a Dark Base pro 900 rev 2. I put a z370p D3 MOBO in it and I connected the PWM cable on the Dark Base pro 900 rev 2 to the system fan header 1 on the MOBO. But when I started up the pc, the fans never turned on. I don't know what is wrong and cant find anything to help just searching it up. PLEASE HELP ME.

Are the fans connected to a hub or splitter that requires additional power?
