Self-Build Pc issues

Been having issues with my Desktop since i build it. It runs games pretty much just fine, but when it comes down to browsing or just windows 10 in general its just laggy.

Spec:

AMD FX-8350

8-gigs of ram

watercooled with h100i v2

2 Drives: Samsung 860 evo, Western Digital blue 

Gtx 1060 3gb 

Asus PCE-AC68 network driver

Can you post a snip of the Performance Tab on Task Manager when you're doing the browsing? That way it'll show if it's a CPU or RAM issue, I'm pretty sure it's the RAM if you're using Chrome.

Even with Chrome, 8GB is usually enough, unless there's a ton of tabs or background processes open.

Go to the Processes tab of Task manager, sort by memory usage

I don't think its any specific app neccesarily because ive manually reset everything on the desktop several times
