Gigabyte z390 aorus pro status leds

Is it normal if after I power on my pc during boot, the status leds light up for a few seconds then after entering windows they light off?

The way I see it, as long as it boots without an issue, then it's fine. And I do believe it's normal as the status leds indicate the stage of the bootup process the computer is in.

It is something like this during boot:

No issues just status leds light up duri g boot

That is power on self test and this is normal for every MBO, not just Gigabyte. ?
