BIOS not working right?

I'm using an MPG z390 Gaming Pro Carbon with a GTX 1070 FTW2. For some bizarre reason my bios doesn't display properly over Display Port, only HDMI. Half the options will show, scan-line type effects cover up my options, ghosts of previously selected options cover items up etc. The monitor I'm using is an MSI MPG27C if that helps, thank you!

I assume you Nvidia drivers are up to date. What about the motherboard bios?

Amd Ryzen 1700 OC to 3.78 ghz

32 GBs of DDR4 

Asus Motherboard

NZXR H440 RAZER EDITIONS CASE

Asus Strix GTX 1080

Asus Strix Sound card.  

Thermaltake 850W BRONZE PSU

The mobo bios is the original release date bios it seems since it predates the " new bios release" on their Support Page.
