Need help finding Laptop

I need a laptop (running Chrome OS) with Portable Wifi (i think its lte but im not 100% sure)

 

This laptop will be used for school work and remoting into my VSphere Server 

 

min spec needed

11.6 inch (just nothing like 15 inch so i can it in my bag)

4gb ram+

32gb +

 

and needs to be from Microcenter or Amazon

Budget 300-500$

have you consider windows machine? x220 will be the same price, but 10x better, pro grade laptop for cheap ass money

I heard you could run Linux on a Chromebook in developer mode, but I know very little about this. Just something I know is possible. Thought I would throw the idea out there.

dont get me wrong i love windows but i rather have a chromebook for the android apps and to blend in at school (yes its a good no out of the box reason) and i do have a windows laptop with a i5 and 8gb ram and a ssd

 

 

also does the thinkpad have wifi? (portable)

I completely misunderstood the question. You are looking for a Chromebook, sorry.
It's really hard to go wrong with any. Maybe if you gave a budget we'd be better able to narrow down some for you.

lets say a budget of 300-500$ (give me a sec to update it)

 

Also i have ran Ubuntu on my Chromebook before
