Deepcool Captain RGBPro

Does anyone know if it comes with the bracket for AM4, or do I need to buy the upgrade kit? I know when they came out buying the upgrade kit was required, but I feel like I remember deepcool saying they were going to start coming with the bracket, and I now I can't find anything about it.

The Captain 240 Pro is a new cooler that comes with AM4 out of the box. 

The older series you're referring to is probably the Captain EX series. http://www.deepcool.com/press/news/2017-02/65_6567.shtml
