Hi, my friend is going to build his own PC after i finish my build.
He said he wants a Black Themed with RGB Gaming PC.
He already has a monitor, keyboard. If possible help me find a good black mouse.
His budget is $600 to $800 but you can go a little bit higher than the budget.
He will be using the PC for gaming.
He lives in Canada so we will be using CAD instead of USD
Of course there's a sale going on in https://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php so if you can try to find part here.

His current setup is a legit 1x1 box called the "The Mac Mini" so its pretty crappy...
He's switching to windows btw

What's the monitor he owns, it helps to know it's full resolution (and size) before picking out a video card for example.

What keyboard also?  (Since we're picking a mouse to match).

-Bear in mind, that with a budget of 800CAD, worrying about RGB or fancy looks will hurt performance as that's more a frill you spend money on if you have lots of budget room.  If it's only a few bucks more for a black CPU cooler over a white one, sure that's easy to fit in, but when it comes to paying up for RGB if he values performance, than I would let that take a backseat for parts that will have more FPS per $

Here's an Intel build with a few tweaks that I kept in-budget.  Let's assume the remaining $25 in the budget goes to getting a Win10 key a more budget way (or just install Win10 unactivated for now since that just blocks desktop changing).
