RGB RAM Defective?

Hello,

I paired a ryzen 2600 with an Asrock X470 Master SLI/AC AM4 mobo and Gskill RGB RAM (2x8gb 3200 mhz Model F4-3200C16D-16GTZR).  

 

One of the ram sticks is not lighting up and is not recognized by the mobo.  I tried reseating and switching around to another slot.  Also tried a BIOS update.  Anything else I should try before I RMA?
