Swapping fans between Twin Frozr and Twin Frozr III

Bit of a random question, but I figured I'd ask here since my Twin Frozr III is currently in service and I can't get much access to it at the moment.

 

Can I swap fans between a Twin Frozr and a Twin Frozr III cooler?

If they have the same power connector (4-pin), same mounting holes (tri-point) and same diameter (75 mm), theoretically it should fit.
