I built my PC recently and earler today I had just gotten a new Corsair Mouse and Keyboard they were both working fine until I realized my ram was in the wrong spot so I turned off my PC and moved it to the spot it belongs in which ik is the right spot I even checked in my motherboards manual to make sure it was in the right spot after. The problem is that once I did that my mouse refused to work no inputs work at all the only reason ik it's connected is the Corsair logo is lighting up and when I open iCUE it shows up on the list too but it has a red triangle with a ! and the polling rate is blank and where it says firmware it has "v. ?" When I force update it, it stops at 3% and has an error. Anyone know how to fix this .

Thanks

Edit: the mouse is a harpoon Rgb and I have 8gb Corsair ram and a Asus prime Z370-A
