Disk Management Question

I was going through my laptop to clean it up and move items to where they should be along with wiping and reformatting some old drives that i wont be using anymore and I noticed this.  It doesnt show up in the top half like all the other partitions do, am i able to just delete the volume and add it to my windows [C:] partition.  When i right mouse on it the only 2 options are "Delete Volume" or "Help" all the other options are greyed out.  Ive never seen this before but then again I never really look at that group of partitions

You can try mounting it to see what data is on the drive.

have you tried removing other drives and boot only to your OS Drive? it looks like that partition doesnt have any label yet. but then you said that there are no other options when you right-clicked that drive. try the item number 2 in this step to check all of your drives using CMD. if the size is equal to the free column, then set up the drive letter using that step.
