Looking to upgrading my rig

I've been looking to upgrading my current rig. I already have a GTX 1070.

I will buy the i7-8700k with this new rig and the CoolerMaster MasterBox H500 as a case but I don't know what the best CPU water cooling would be. I'm also looking for a good motherboard and thought about the ASUS ROG Strix Z370-F Gaming Mainboard.

My budget is about 800-1000 so I'm open to anything, thanks!

Budget is total, which means with CPU, motherboard, cooling system etc. should make 800-1000 €

Here is what I think would be a good build although it does come on the top end of your budget.

Although if I were to do this for myself , I would go for a cheaper case so that I could spend a little more on the cooler for the CPU. Even some better RAM too. Here is what I would do .

Would you recommend going for a better RAM and the cheaper case for gaming? Also I already have a SSD and a Power Supply but thanks!
