Tips for Shipping PCs

I want to start build PCs on the side and I'm going to have to ship them. I've heard of these InstaPak expanding foam inserts, are they worth it and what dimensions should I get?

 

My plan is to ship the PC in the box the case came in. Is there any things I should do to better protect the PC from not so friendly UPS workers?

Thanks for the video. What are your thoughts on only having the one box? Jay put the original box inside a larger one, but this might not work as I won't have custom boxes to fit all different sizes.
