Bridgestones letter

I had this letter come in the post 2 weeks ago.

 

I have been getting alot of constant surver headaches for 6 months now none stop headaches im now getting use to, also i am wanting to sleep a lot i am getting  more tired every day as well.  Must be from the effects of the metal polishing chemicals water contamination.  Im feeling more relaxed effects from it yeh im probably fucked, i am not worried about seeing a doctor about it, Bridgestones only protecting themselves i am probably lucky i already have cancer from it, and i have been researching about it and yes that chemical is highly cancerous i discover.

Property interest letter, if land or a building is sold within x define area, y buyer is entitled to know why z party has a registered interest in the land or property. 

 

Common in Australia, though most are usually for heritage overlays by councils (or state overlays though those are somewhat rare) or as a result of pollution usually in Australia asbestos.

 

This letter is to give the property owner notice of two things

-Ground water is polluted and the digging of bores for water is now prohibited 

-Digging for underground living (site cuts etc, and basements though basements are very uncommon in Australia) pose a possible threat to health for chemical vapour. 

 

All within a small area of housing next to an industrial estate in South Australia, with modern(ish) sealed treated reticulated water.

Yes i looked it up TCE or trichloroenthylene.  The Guidline levels For TCE in door air are based on there being an "excess cancer risk" i have been living in Edwardstown for about 9 years.

Not yet i will I've got a doctors appointment in February or March.

Is there a reason why you're waiting 2-3 months to go to an appointment?

 

I don't know about you, but constant never stopping headaches would be serious enough for me to get an appointment ASAP.
