Looking for laptop

Hi, i'm looking for a laptop recommendation which is less than or around $1200 CDN.

Mostly gonna use it for word and excel documents - I need a number pad.

Very little gaming on side - i usually don't play any demanding titles.

i don't want a hdd, if it comes with one can i swap it out for ssd without loosing  OS.

Not too heavy need to carry it 3-4 days a week, prohibited to use external numpad. display quality around 1080p is good enough. A lot of typing so preferably a normal keyboard. everything else doesn't matter as much.

weight max about 5 lbs

low sRGB is fine mostly gonna watch you tube videos dont need sRGB for office documents lol.

keybord that is comfortable to type not too squished together, in my preference anything better than mac is good.
