Really inconsistent network

I have the network connected via Ethernet to my pc. i usualy get 60 ping (which is good for egypt) then get over 300 for a minute or more. My lan is connected to a network repeater which is connected to an acces point, cause of the layout of my house

You could try bypassing the wi-fi bridge with a cable to rule that out.

Wireless network itself is prone to interference and obstruction, which will lead to inconsistency in bandwidth and latency. By adding extender you will get more inconsistency.

A wired connection is always preferred. But in your case if it is not possible to run a cable between router and PC, you should try clearing obstructions and test which frequency/channel is best for you.

Need a lot more info:

 

-internet connection (speed and type:dsl/cable/fiber)

-ping location (is this just in game, google,)

-need ping to router during these spikes as well
