stuck at splash screen

igot my cpu amd loan kit because my motherboard bios dosent support the cpu so igot the loan kit i updated to the bios ineed and it reatarted and it got stuck in the spalsh screen itried a cmos reset itried power cycle where i unplugg and push the button for 30 seconds and nothing i tried to use my main cpu and it seems like the bios wasnt updated because the the splash screen didnt come up i tried the loan kit the splash screen came ihave 8 days to return the compoment of my pc if one is broken ican return after 8 days please help
