I have two problems:

ONE: Neither my graphics card nor my motherboard output display anything on any monitor. The fans spin and light up when I turn it on, but no post.

TWO: After around 10s, the computer turns off, then naturally turns on again, without me pressing any buttons, just in a cycle of on, off, on,off with the fans.

Please help.

1. I had this issue once clearing CMOS solved it so give that a try. Instead of a jumper cap you can just use a screwdriver

2. Seems MoBo stuck in a boot loop. Clear CMOS should do it. If the screwdriver method doesn’t work you can take out the CMOS battery on your MoBo and short the contact where it sits in with the battery flipped for about 5-10 secs.

Hope this helps :)

Try repluggin in all the cables.

Reset the cmos as said above.

The motherboard video ports won't work, don't bother trying.

Actually, I may have installed the CPU wrong: The lever was down when I put it in, then I lifted the lever and pushed it down again. Would that affect it?

You better check your chip. Hope you didn’t destroy it.

lever up, chip in, lever down.
