Help me to fix this

So I got this problem, that pubg would crash when joining to game. I set all the settings to lowest possible, and this time I got into the game. I set them to medium after that and pressed apply, instant crash. I launched it again and it said "join back to the match?" and I pressed yes. I played on the medium settings for 10 seconds, then it had error code that was something like this "Out of video memory. Try to lower settings or shut down programs in the backround. Quitting..." And I have this program called openhardwaremonitor. Its locked to 2000mb of video memory, and I have rx580 8gb. So how can I make it to 8000mb?

it might be talking about ram, how much ram do you have? i stream pubg 6-8 hours a day every day and very fimiliar with common problems. Go to twitch.tv/sprEEEzy and join his discord by clicking the discord icon on the bottom, then under the #pubg-problems page post this same exact issue with all your system specs and you will have 30 people trying to solve your problem quickly. great resource for anything stream/pubg related (also easier for me to reply on that) 

 

i should also mention i have the same graphics card as well and get 70-80 FPS while streaming and 110-140 not streaming

 

also change your setting to Very low everything except Anti-Aliasing, textures Medium, Sharpen On and view distance LOW. will help gameplay and you will see people easier as well as get better frames.
