Recommend Laptop for work

Hi guys, please recommend me a laptop for work.

I need to replace my desktop pc with a laptop. Pc i have now ( i5-3470, HyperX HX316C10F/4  4gbx4, gtx970 4gb)
I need to find something with better performance

I use 2d,3d graphic software, handling big size files, rendering and stuff

Need great quality display, 15'' at least, ssd at least 512 gb +ssd\hdd, graphic card 4-6 gb, ram 16-32 gb

budget  <2500$

I want to buy a laptop that does not need to be changed in 2-3 years

For work, I would recommend best Thinkpad you can fit in your budget.

Locaton? Preferred max weight in kg/lbs and min battery life in hours? Need Quadro GPU?
