Screen doesnt wake up from computer sleep

Hey, I got an annoying problem with the wake from sleep/suspend. keyboard/mouse are on, sounds are back but screen stays off sais "no signal"

Win10 64bit

asrock x470 taichi

2700x

rtx 2080

high performance power plan, screen set to turn off after 15min of inactivity.

I have the same exact issue with windows 10, could be caused by one of there recent updates. My best advice, just prevent windows from going to sleep/turning the screen off. ive googled the issue 100 times over and there seems to be no fix at the momment
