Video stuttering

Certain websites will stutter depending if hardware acceleration is turned on or off. For example, netflix & hulu will stutter when acceleration is turned on, and youtube will stutter when it's turned off.

It's a simple enough solution to fix, but it gets annoying to constantly switch it on and off.

Does anyone know a more permanent solution, maybe a way to automatically turn hardware acceleration on/off depending on the website?
