My pc specs are:

H110M-S2H motherboard

Intel i5-7400

GTX 1070ti (8GB)

1x8 GB ADATA DDR4 RAM (unknown ram came with PC)

1x8 Corsair vengeance DDR4 ram

I am thinking about buying just cause 4 would I be able to run this game at at least 60FPS or will my processor be too much of a bottleneck for my GPU

People really need start placing the resolution they game at. 

 

Anyways, even at 1080p or 1440p you will get 60fps.  At 3440x1440 or 4k then you will likely not get 60 unless you turn settings down a ton.
