RX 560 is only a good deal if you need a low power card due to powersupply limits.  As there are good variants that do not need a power connection.

 

It also needs to be a 1024 shader 4GB card before I would call it a good deal at $100 as well, that card only has 896 shaders.

 

I picked up a MSI RX560 with 4gb, 1024 shaders, and no power connection for ~$130 when GPU pricing was broken earlier this year.  RX 570's were still $200+ at that time though, so I would expect its value to be about $25 cheaper.

Well, you can get actual RX 560's with all 1024 shaders at ~$100, and they are good deals if you need a low power card.  This card is just not a good RX 560.
