Motherboard Bios Update

Does anybody know how to update the UEFI bios i have a ASUS Motherboard and i am looking for help to update mine.

There should be an option to do so from within windows using the software that came with your mobo.....or you DL the update to a clean flashdrive, plug in and go into your bios and update from the option there

Why do you feel that you need to update the BIOS, if you aren't having any issues with it then I wouldn't recommend updating it, really unnecessary.

Download from asus site;extract to usb thumb drive; enter uefi and find update uefi;select bios file wait for computer to flash reset a few times and enjoy your newly flashed pc that u most likely see no difference in.
