RX 570 Reflash Help?

I recently picked up a Gigabyte RX 570 4GB with Samsung memory off of Ebay, and unfortunately it had a custom BIOS on it for mining, which is disallowing me from using it normally as a gaming graphics card (gets error 43 in Device Manager). I'm looking into reflashing it into a normal card for gaming, but I have a few questions before I did that. 

 

1) What tool for flashing would you recommend for the Polaris series?

 

2) Which BIOS version would I even use? None of the BIOS listed here: https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-RX570GAMING-4GD#support-dl-bios say that they are for Samsung memory.

2) That's because the official Gigabyte card only has Hynix memory, not Samsung. Are you sure your card is even legit?

Yeah I'm very sure that it is legit. It's got a Gigabyte branded PCB (Gigabyte logo on the board), Gigabyte backplate, the correct cooler, the serial number on the back of the card looks like every other Gigabyte sticker I've ever seen and the serial number when I look it up on Gigabyte's RMA website points to the model that the card is supposed to be. Perhaps GPU-Z was wrong on the memory type but I swear it said Samsung.

I added a GPU-Z screenshot of the card. It still claims to have Samsung VRAM.

The only Samsung compatible BIOS I can find is here on the Gigabyte website:
