My laptop won't boot and I need help please

So I was stupid and accidently got a virus on my Lenovo laptop and now it can't boot to window it just gets to an automatic repair screen. I know if I wipe the hard drive it will be fine but I don't want to because I don't have all my stuff backed up so can any one help me please.

If you live buy a Best Buy have them take a look at it. It will probably be free
