Strange audio problem

I have a problem at the moment where when my headphones are plugged into the front aux port (at the front of my case) or the rear IO, the audio sounds a bit amplified/weird. However, when plugging my headphones directly into the aux port on my Blue Yeti, the audio is completly fine. Anyone have a possible solution for this?

Well if it's back and front ports they can't be broken (probably) could be settings regarding audio that might be the issue, even drivers, if it's working on the yeti then it seems like a windows issue.
