save up for 8700k?

 

anything but 6700k though, no upgrade path on that

Neither, SLI is not as supported in games as it used to be and is a dying breed so you will run into graphical errors and glitches. Better to get a cheaper motherboard and CPU unless you have plans to upgrade the GPU soon then go with the i7 8700.

I call a bottleneck.  A stock Sandy Bridge will be good with your 680 setup.  If you want a newer CPU then you need a new video card.

All of these parts I'm getting from friends, so I have to use these graphics cards.

When I'll have money to buy graphics cards I'll upgrade, for now  I don't have a choice
