This is the best I can do (unless you go with a $10 keyboard, then you might be able to squeeze in a 580 4GB). You didn't say where you were located so I went with USD. The specific parts might change a bit if you're in the UK to maintain budget. I would recommend going with a used GPU though, since a 570 will struggle with higher frame rates, unless you're only playing esports type games (LoL, CSGO, Overwatch, etc). Newer AAA titles will definitely need some lowered settings. If you go used, you should be able to find a GTX 780/970/980 Or R9 390/390X/Fury for around $150. All of those will be better than a 570.

Why would you go 144hz monitor with gtx 1060? Either go 1070 or above or get a 120hz so you can nvidia fastsync to 60hz as 72fps is neither here or there. Where’s 60fps is a east target for 1060 with ultra settings on games for crispy graphics.

I usually play less graphic demanding games so the high fps is nice but I do also like and want to get into the higher demanding games. Also 120hz monitor practically dont exist and 60-75hz is to low.

Are you being serious? There are more 120hz monitors than 144hz. I’ve never actually seen irl a 144hz monitor but seen hundreds of 120hz.
