hi,

so i run userbenchmark mutliple times and got a very good results as per the attached screenshots, although temps are fine, no thermal throttling, all set to high performance settings, i cant see this reflecting on gaming.

my rig is

i7 4790

vega 64

16GB (8x2) ddr3 1600mhz, 9-9-9-20

thermaltak smart se 730w

LG ultrawide 2560x1080 @80hz.

Fresh copy of windows and drivers.

i encounter bad FPS and FPS drops in almost all games, cpu and gpu usage is between 50% to 80% depending on the game.

Black ops 4, some maps works fine and others i encounter extreme FPS drops to 50s on medium -high settings.

BF 5 is almost unplayable on medium.

Company of heroes 2, extreme FPS drops to 40s.

Total war Warhammer 2, FPS drops to 40s amd 50s even on medium high settings in medium sized armies.

you get the point, eben sometimes when i lower the settings i barley notice a difference, maybe 2 to 3 frames, and thats it.

what is the issue? CPU? RAM?

major RAM (bandwidth problem, can't fix without overclocking which at that point might as well get new CPU platform), also horrible PSU
