Hey guys,

I'm looking for a system (preferably Intel based) that costs 650 GBP excluding postage.

I would prefer as many used components as possible since this is a budget build.

Requirements: needs to be i7, needs to have 12GB RAM minimum, needs to be able to play: beamNG.drive, Forza Horizon 3/4, Payday 2, GTA V and My Summer Car at 1080p high quality.

Feel free to change the requirements to suit the budget (e.g. swap out the i7 for Ryzen or 16GB for 12GB)

I've already got a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

I'm looking at a 4930K X79 build atm but I'd like some input from the community as to what to go for.

My build with the 3930k and ASRock X79 board was cancelled due to the board being dead.

Thanks :)

If you can find another X79 setup cheap, go that route (or even an X58 Xeon), then drop in the best GPU you can find that fits your budget.

That's what I'm looking at atm. Is it worth buying an untested 980 Ti Kingpin card (I've found one for £140/176.23 USD)? It looks to be in perfect condition.

Considering it's basically a 1070 in terms of performance and is probably one of if not the best 980tis you can buy, I'd get it.

I don't even mind if it's fried because it comes with all of the stuff and looks in perfect condition..
