No boot to bios

I just built a new system with a  i7 9700k, asus rog strix z390- F motherboard and g skill 3000mhz 2x8gb KIT ram, i CANT seem to boot into bios, no monitor signal at all, one og The debug lights on my mobo is lit and its The «Dram» one but i tired multiple configs with no response, plz help

Have you tried just using a single stick in each of the slots to see if you've got one stick that's DOA? Or do you have any access to any known good RAM?

I will only ever answer to the best of my ability - there is absolutely no promises that I will be correct. Or helpful. At all.
