My Profile keeps resetting

I own a g602 wireless gaming mouse and i have problems with the drivers way too much for a premium product.
every time i restart my computer my profile sets to the on board memory one when i want it to be set on automatic game detection

a few months ago this wasnt a problem until i got some other errors and kept playing with on board memory, but now whenever i select the automatic game detection it resets to on board

i rlly need help, im trying to start playing on a more competitive level and i cant be going into matches with less control over my mouse than most

THE HELP IS APPRECIATED!
