Hey, so I´ve been thinking to upgrading to a Vega 64 with a i5 8600k (Which I already have), I´ve got a 600W Pure Power CM 10 80 Plus Silver, and I´m questioning if thats enough for an overclock to 5GHZ 1.32V and an undervolt overclock on the vega 64

The Pure Power 10 600W has two PCIe cables, each with two connectors. Use both cables, and one connector on each. 

Vega is a high power part, meaning you should avoid using a single cable. In addition, Vega is known to have quite high transients, and since the PCIe cables are on different rails, it will help avoid any issues with tripping OCP.
