B450 Tomahawk if ATX. B450M Mortar Plus if mATX. RAM is pretty easy, Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz CL15 or CL16 memory :)

well, x470 boards are the best for that.

Asrock: fatal1ty, taichi, taichi ultimate

Gigabyte: aorus ultra, aorus gaming

MSI: gaming pro, gaming plus, gaming pro carbon, m7

Asus: Crosshair, ROG STRIX -F

 

some b450 boards are good too, like the fatal1ty, the tomahawk or pro4 (atx)

Btw i have heard some people saying msi mobo's aren't good... Is that true?

Think Gigabyte’s boards have bad vrms, not good for OC

What? Gigabyte bad vrms? The company that makes THE best z390 boards have bad vrms? Believe me, it doesn't work that way.

It's actually true to some point. They made some mistakes with the 300 series, I thought bad capacitors or something. If you want a msi mobo, you should get 400 series
