So, my borther's Xbox 360 Arcade power supply has been blinking green & orange. He says he saw one of the Original Xbox 360 light codes (possibly a RROD) but he can't exactly which one. What's happening?

Well I had the RROD happen on my 360 so I unplugged it and let it sit for 24 hours (probably didn't need to wait quite that long, plugged it back in and it was fine. It would help to see a picture of the lights to get a better idea of the error code.

It won't power on.
