I'm for an upgrade for my graphics card looking for the best deals, best fps per $, etc. etc. and recently, I watched the video of Linus reviewing graphics from Ali Express. From pure coincidence, I stumbled upon the unbranded GTX 1060 5GB from Hong Kong priced at 71$ USD + Free shipping. Thoughts or concerns?

Fake. GTX1060s don't have VGA. It's likely a GTX550Ti or GTS450.

used R9 290x/390x/R9 Nano GPUs should be going for quite cheap atm. like around 120$ iirc. that or mining RX 580s are dropping to like 130-150$ on the used market

Almost all fake cards sold on the market are GTX550Ti and GTS450s, because the sellers can get them for like $20 and then make a fat profit.
