USB camera on android tablet

Hey guys, I was given a RCA tablet for Christmas.

Model: RCT6303W87M7

quad-core arm cpu 1.3 ghz

970mb ram

25gb storage. 

I'm thinking of using Ausdom Full HD Webcam: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DRD9949/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I went to the GooglePlay store and found some apps that would detect my webcam but wouldn'tpost anything from the camera.Can anybody give me some help?

Bumping this in case someone can help, but truth be told I've never heard of someone trying to use a webcam with a mobile tablet before.  Are the built-in cameras (assuming the tablet has them) not enough?

well the camera on the tablet is garbage and i was hoping to do so video recording on the go.
