yes, but this will wipe your computer.

If you have windows 8 go to

Charms > Settings > more PC Settings > General > Erase and re-install windows

or 8.1

Charms > Settings > more PC Settings > Update and Recovery > Erase and re-install windows.

 

If its anything before, did it come pre-installed with windows? if so what's the brand of computer?

If not do you still have the windows disc.

 

Basically formatting with windows disk management will a manual re-install with a disk afterwards.
