i have to get +100 fps in pubg (1920 1080 and  screen sclae 100 very low setting ) i can get it ? 

and which one better rx 580 or gtx 1060 ?

1060 but pubg eat's cpu's alive

580 and 1060 (6gb) are about the same. Don't play pubg myself, so I source that second question out

Do you have a high refresh rate monitor? Because if you don't, you won't see any more than 60 fps...

 

Other than that, your cpu will almost certainly bottleneck you to less than 100 fps - pubg is a pile of trash in terms of optimization.

I would say that unless you get a high end cpu you probably won't hit 100 fps consistently. The game runs like garbage and is one of the reasons why I refuse to play it even though I have the hardware to do so.

Probebly. Msi afterburner has rivatuner included, that should help you monitor your gpu and cpu usage
