Isn't ireland part of the European union? Then you could get it from germany for example.

I don't know much about the European union, but wouldn't there be import charges if you buy from a different country (which can bring up the price quite a bit).

Nope. If the countries are inside the eu, you don't pay those. Only shipping

much better system with a GTX 1070
also you can switch to a Ryzen 5 2600X if you want, it's basically a pre-overclocked 2600 if you don't wanna deal with overclocking yourself.
