You need to talk to your School Counsellor. They're very approachable and always confidential. Its no worries, everyone goes and sees a counsellor sometime in their life, myself included. Really opened my eyes into understanding my behaviour. Have been there myself as a kid with depression, it feels like going nowhere in a bit of a circle. It gets better, trust me :)
