Logitech G29/ G920 Input Lag

Hi, looking at buying a G29 for my PC soon. Looked at a few videos and they all seem to have a fair amount of input lag. Is this an issue or have they just set it up wrong/ have a below avarage PC.

My specs are
i7-8700k
gtx 1080ti
(Not sure if that makes any difference)
