How do you do quotation marks?

" Usually shift key then the key to the left of enter. "

or sometimes just type of Quote type here End Quote

or you can save it as a copy, then just paste it everytime you require the quote "

or buy a keyboard with programmable keys

If you mean the curly quotation marks like “ ” or ‘ ’, there's no way other than alt codes or creating a macro shortcuts for them.

Hence why on the internet, it's typical that you'd just use the straight " " and ' '.
Which are usually done with shift + some key nearby. For me it's Shift + Dot or Comma on the Canadian Multilingual keyboard layout.


If you need to use them for a dissertation/essay in MS Word/Libre Office Writer/etc. it will usually automatically replace " " by “ ” if you have "smart quotes" enabled.

I tend to do "air quotes" by holding both of my hands slightly above shoulder level, like I'm giving two people in front of me bunny ears. Then I bend both fingers on both hands about half way 2 times while simultaneously saying the thing I want to be in "air quotes." 

 

So for example, if I wanted to put "air quotes" around the words "air quotes," I'd bend my fingers in the same cadence as I say "air quotes."
