PCIE Lane Question

I have an 8600K which has a max of 16 PCIE Lanes.

Intel lists PCIE configurations as Up to 1x16, 2x8, 1x8+2x4.

I have a GTX 1080 in a 16x slot and a Wifi-card in a 1x slot, and have ordered a USB expansion card, which will also go in a 1x slot.

Motherboard is ASUS Prime Z370-A.

My question is, as the CPU has a max of 16 lanes, does having other slots occupied reduce the lanes available for the graphics card? Is it running on only 8, or 15 lanes with the 1x wifi card?

How much of an effect would that have on performance?

Is there somewhere in the BIOS or elsewhere you can view and control PCIE lane usage?

Will installing a second expansion card reduce my GPU's bandwidth even further?

Thanks
