downloading problems

hi im having some problems with my computer all my downnloads are super slow like 10kbps besides steam i can download at 40-50mbps i can watch youtube and watch streams perfectly fine at 1080p its jut downloading things ive tried changing browsers nothing works i tried download mods on nexus mod manager still no luck i cant figure out what it is for the life of me iand i cant find anything like this on the internet. it would be so awsome if someone could tell me what this might thankyou in advance

Nexus has a cap of 1 Mbps unless you are a premium user. It even says that when you download mods. Download speeds also depend on the server not just your network. Remember that for the future.

i have premium on nexus but im still only getting 10kbps
