CPU i5 9600k mhz problems?

i got my cpu clock speed on 4000mhz-4500mhz every time, is it normal? you can see on the photo

Max turbo frequency is 4.6 Ghz, so 4.5Ghz is pretty close. Considering you us NZXT Cam for monitoring, anything is possible

check it with other software, HWmonitor or even task manager

but yes, it should be normal, not all chips are perfect and hit the marketed 4.6GHz
