No, the improvement to Zen+ was minimal. The supposed improvement to Zen 2 should be significantly bigger. Still probably not worth upgrading unless you need more cores for workstation purposes, but just for gaming and general usage, most likely not. Also, Zen 2 is coming out in just a few months

There's no point of upgrading from an 1800x to a 2700x. I'd wait for 3000 series, since they're rumoured to have 16 cores.

Samsung 850 EVO 250GB main boot 

Patriot Memory Burst 120GB ssd for few main games i play 

Seagate 3TB BarraCuda  for mass storage

 

i am looking to replace the patriot with a bigger ssd or m.2 of 1tb
